                            SetVerify procedure

  DECLARATION:  SetVerify(Verify : boolean)

      PURPOSE:  Sets the state of the verify flag in DOS

         UNIT:  DOS

      REMARKS:  When Verify is set to off (FALSE), disk writes are not
                verified.  When on (TRUE), all disk writes are verified.
